My son and I went into cricket wireless, very close to closing hours, to upgrade my son's phone. Little did we know we were going to open another small fleet if phones. The employees never rushed us out or they never keep any or in addition to of information from us. Business was handled, left in a record amount of time and we are happy. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!! I under paid my bill by $3 and they want me to pay $98 to restore my services after using them for 2 years now!! Wow I couldn't believe they would not understand and allow me to pay it $3!! I never receive any txt saying I owe $3!!

Just reboot your phone and then once you get that done change your password or you can also call customer service and let them know what's going on and they should be able to help you unlock your phone.
Yes and you can use your cricket account on your phone.
You can call apple support and they will be able to help with the process of getting it fixed
