Extremely unprofessional.shipping office always locked .phone given on shipping door hardly answered .communication is a huge issue.another thing need to mention is that they have some preferred carriers who got loaded on priority basis . Even if u on appointment time still there r chances that those preferred truck takes ur turn even if they come after u.
