I bought a new bow last week from here and service was great. I ended up having a problem with the drop away rest so I went back in today. Matt fixed the rest, corrected a couple of small issues, repaired an arrow for me, and threw in some new field points to correct a target issue (arrows sticking in the bag) I was having. All at no charge. Great store, great service, and great people. Support a small local business and stop by Palo Outdoors.

Personal experience? Sucked. My boyfriend ordered strings for his bow. ... 2months ago, they had the lame excuse of why it was taking so long, said to give them a week they would call us back when the strings came in.... that was 3weeks ago. So my boyfriend called them and they were lacking in proper customer service attitude (I work retail so I kinda have an understanding in this area) and oh low and behold his strings are there.... thanks for not letting us know..... yeah.... sorry but I won't be recommending this place.

No matter what my hunting needs Matt and his staff always go out of there way to accommodate my needs yet still providing excellent customer service. As a local business owner it’s refreshing to be provided the same excellent service I do. Highly recommend
