Spent two weeks here and had a wonderful experience! The staff were all friendly, hospitable, and very capable at their jobs. The staff are really the highlight of this hotel and you can tell management is doing great work. The hotel itself was clean, smelled fresh, and all the amenities worked as expected. The breakfast is good as far as continental style breakfasts go. It’s in a scenic, quiet location (for now, seems to be a bunch of development going in) and easy to get to, with a view of the lake from one side of the hotel. The rooms themselves are very nice with appropriate lighting, comfortable furniture (most importantly the bed!), and practical bathrooms. There is a restaurant attached for convenience. Highly recommend a stay here!

We had the most comfortable stay. The rooms are large and clean, very comfortable furniture. Very nice pool. Right on the lake. Staff is super helpful and friendly. One of the few pet friendly hotels in Bemidji. Definitely in my Top 3 of places I'd stay in town.

I called in this morning quite early because I left a very sentimental thing to my childhood in my room and was frantic and crying and I called the front desk. Brenda answered the phone and was not only cheerful for the time of day but was really helpful and even went up to the room herself to check for me. She was very comforting and was able to find it for me. Thank you so much Brenda for saving the day.

Positive: Location by lake, variety in breakfast, clean and quiet. Negative: Very slippery bathroom floor, because of shower with no edge and no closure. But okay. Also drape did not open easily, just a rough closing fixture track.
