I had my appointment after waiting for 2months at the kingsburg adventist 1st time patient. Made my appt with Victor who was very polite & professional. Arrived for appt on 8/24/22 waited for about 15 or less to go to examine room waited about about 6-7mins to see Dr Nokita who also was nice professional asked all the right questions & listened to my concerns. F/u next month. Had blood work done & phlebotomist was great 1 try 👍 my veins hide. Sorry didnt get her name. The receptionists were also professional. Overall my visit was good. Only peeves is waiting to long for appts & which they could offer transportation that would be great!!

I waited over a month for an over the phone appointment because I couldn’t make an in person appointment due to work. My appointment time was for 4:30, 4:30 came along and no call. I called them at around 4:40 to which the man who answered the call told me that the doctor would call me shortly, before I knew it it was 5:56. They close at 6pm. They completely forgot my appointment. This is actually ridiculous, considering I waited over a god damn month for an OVER THE PHONE appointment and they couldn’t even follow through with that. Honestly I’m considering switching because the quality of care that this location has been giving has been 0. Boo tomato tomato.

The new facility has been an absolute joke, you can’t get an appointment for at least 4 weeks but they’re happy to send you down the road to Fowler who will at least give you a telephone visit. I booked an appointment with my Doctor 5 weeks out, here’s hoping they’ll be able to give me the name of a new Doctor that might actually see patients when they are sick.

Terrible with Kathy. She had no respect for the elders, pushing her own interests, and definitely zero human or public relations knowledge. Furthermore, she told me that had checked that I had no Medical nor Medicare, which I have had for at least 10 years. They are located at 1781 Simpson St, Kingsburg, CA 93631.
