Called for an appointment, she got back to me a few days later saying come in the next day, good chance I can be squeezed in with my 2 dogs, her idea not mine about squeezing in. She cancelled that and then never got back to me about rescheduling after I expressed interest in another appointment. I'm sure she does fine work but customer service isnt there.

Jamie is an excellent groomer and made my dog, Luna, feel very comfortable with her. This was Luna’s first visit, to Dirty Paws and as stated, Luna felt very comfortable with Jamie, even though it was her first time meeting Jamie. The shop is kept in pristine condition and I felt very comfortable with the COVID-19 safety protocols. That is not easy to say about many businesses, in Kingsburg. Jamie takes it very seriously and wants her clients and herself to remain safe and healthy. Luna looked absolutely beautiful, when I picked her up. I will, definitely, have Jamie continue to groom my beautiful girl, Luna. Jamie, thank you for a wonderful and caring experience.
