I like this place , but. Huge. Taking unrealistic load from Justice center. Not enough hired staff to throughly help the enormous amount of people that come in here. I love this place , but placer county does not budget enough for proper services of this neat place. Plus, employees could be more trained properly. It’s a great place, just not being used as much because the employees aren’t able to run the load.

Extremely helpful! Paul waited past his shift to help me with organizing my papers for court. I feel like he went above and beyond when he helped me find documents that Google just couldn't find for me. Thanks Paul, and All, at the Sparks Law Library, in Auburn, CA! Your assistance has been invaluable! Carolina

Things have changed. You can still see a Legal Adivsor on Thursday, but you now have to make an appointment before. To make an appointment call 530-823-7560 and choose the option "Receptionist." Tell the Receptionist that you want to make an appointment for the self-help clinic at the Law Library. You will see the Legal Advisor in the law library, but the law library cannot make you an appointment. The Legal Advisors work for Legal Services of Northern California. The Library Law makes its Conference Room available to them for the Legal Clinic.

Sorry, but the lawyers in our Thursday walk-in clinic have no experience with immigration law. I will try to find another location that does immigration law and update this post.
