They have moved no one in office for At least 2 years start of covid my guess. They are at 1900 mariposa in fresno now drop off app only...THANK BIDEN BECOUSE THIS PLACE REALLY HARD TO GET AHOLD OF.... BUDGET CUTS OR SOMETHING..as we send billions to foreign countries for aid???

They help out with PG&E shut off notices.
Bring in your reg recent bill, 15 day notice or 48 hr bill either one is fine
Ive only gone to them for PGE... But alpt of churches help pay water if theres kids in the home... Teach out to your local church... Good luck amd God bless.

Doesn't matter the amount your bill is but you need to provide a current monthly bill 48 hour notice 15 day notice shut off notice and a social security card the bill doesnt have to be in your name
I would suggest going into the EOC office and asking for assistance or using the website for the EOC
They are open till 5 but they stop taking people after so many so get there early ....they do have a drop box if you just want to leave something but if you want to see a worker you need to get there early
There are two options. 1. You get there at 7am to wait in line before doors open at 8am to be seen in person while filing out the application. Or 2. You go inside pick up the application gather all documentation needed, make copies and then drop it off in the drop box. The list to be seen in person closes at 9am. If you go the second route make sure your application is complete and all the documents needed are attached. The process takes 15 days. I don't know much else as I am still in the 15 day waiting period. Best regards to you.
