Went last year in the spring to be checked for seziures. He to;d me I would get a call for a eeg and mri. Months go by and I get a call to come in. I tell them I still haven’t gotten a call to do my test they tell me he didn’t order any. Well I finally found my papers and it states clearly obtain a eeg and mri. This is sad. How can I trust you with my brain if you can’t keep up with paper work and orders

you dont care when your patients are in agony. you dont care to give your patients appointments when they're needed as soon as possible because of that agony. you dont care when your patients are losing hope because of the pain and symptoms that theyre going through. you don't answer the phone when your patients want to talk to YOU. you dont care when your patients want answers but have to wait weeks and months just to get them because you dont answer your phone. this office simply does not care.

He's a good dr but so hard to get a hold of him at adventist specialty clinic sometimes his MA dont answer or never call back and if you want a appointment goodluck will be a month or longer

My first visit was good it wasn’t like amazing but good. the staff was nice to me and i was seen fast. Dr Royter was very nice and good bedside manners. He listen to what i had to say. The only thing that did bother me was that he referred me to physical therapy for my verdigo, which is horrible to go through. so i waited all week to see if someone would call me to schedule an appointment for therapy, but no call . so i called the Dr office and she told me in a very rude way that she hadn’t gotten to it yet and she might be doing it today. I’m not a person to complain, i know everyone is busy, but verdigo is horrible and i have to work with and i’ve been like this for a month. no one has done anything to help. But i have to say that Dr Royter was the first one to offer any help. thank you Dr. now just waiting on the referral.
