I ordered a Limited Edition Fender from Ingram's online.Carlos was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.He called me before setting up my guitar to ask my preference in strings. The guitar arrived set up perfect but had a cracked toggle knob. I called and Carlos took care of it,sending me another. Then I saw the Certificate of Authenticity serial number had scrambled from the number on the headstock.Not a big deal to me,but to a collector's purchase in future would be a "deal breaker". Not Ingram's fault,but The Fender company sucks and want to charge customers $75 to replace.I called again,feeling like a p.i.t.a. Carlos took care of this for me also. Courteously and kind every time,I can't say enough about the whole transaction. Thanks again

Walking to Ingram's Music a needing guitar strings for my 1st guitar. Not knowing what type to buy the staff took the time to ask what type of guitar I had... not realizing that there were so many different types of strings they took the time to explain the different types and their price range. They were Awesome in lending a hand to someone who was nervous and didn't have a clue!!!!! So I Highly Recommend Ingram's Music for Their Service, Knowledge, and Selection
