Was coming here to actually work with the sugar factory. They apartently knew I was coming with friends and family. I checked in at the desk and was told they hadn't a clue I was coming. We eventually sat down in my group of 5. When I say I wasn't approached for 20 minutes it was absolutely shocking. Meanwhile the waiter served all the others around us and didn't even ask were we ok or did we want drinks etc. Brought out cocktails and food eventually for us to taste. No non alcoholic options for driver, didn't ask did I want anything myself off the menu. The food was food coloured so much you could actually taste it. It was sugar on everything and wasn't enjoyable. Really the service is why I won't be back. Wouldn't recommend.

Only the big drinks are cool, the rest are ok.

Food was mediocre at best with on the strip prices. The music was so loud it was impossible to have any kind of meaningfull conversation. The climbing wall didnt make any sense. Also not good gratuity included on bill.

Place's decor is cute and insta-worthy. Service is good, staff are nice. They did not have the "princess make a wish" milkshake that my daughter wanted so minus 1 star. The fondue was very generous but the chocolate was not really creamy milk chocolate but maybe more like syrup, it was too too sweet (I maybe expecting too much as price is fair for the amount I guess). We got birthday ice cream with bright sparklers, it wasn't free though (which is ok). Overall I like it, nice fun vibe.

Okay
Janee... they've moved to Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood, next to Rain Forest Cafe. I had your same experience this past week. The website is not updated. Open Table won't allow a reservation for more than 2 people, which is not normal for any of their locations. It's also not an issue with Open Table, because I made reservations all week using the app. Only issue is with Sugar Factory. Also, their phone system is jacked. If you kept holding, it eventually rolls to the new location, but no one answered the phone. We were staying at the Aria across the street from new location and, my daughter spotted them. That's the only way we found it.
It depends on what you order. For example, a shake can be $15.00 to 20.00 and a specialty drink can be $30.00 and up. If ordering a regular plate with soda, water, or tea....I'd say $25 to $30 is about average for an adult.
I just went on a Wednesday and they were open all day
Social distancing enforced, good amount of space between tables, employees wear masks full time, and they put a squirt of hand sanitizer into every dish so you can taste the cleanliness...... just kidding about the Hand Sani, but they do take good precaution on all fronts.
Yes Reservations are required right now with covid. All in dining places are requiring Reservations right now.
Yes
Went for the 1st time only noticed yellow rubber duck with our 🌈 sliders
Great for birthdays!
Yes. Especially on the weekend. You might have a little more chance during the weekday
yes
My drink was $50 and they wanted a tip?
If you sit outside in the afternoon...you can buy one drink and get one free....
I would suggest calling during working hours since you'd get an immediate response. Email is totally dependent on how busy they are and who is in charge of them (could be outside the actual location).
Depends on when u go. We went at 11am and I think we might have been the only people there!!
There is garage parking connected to the Fashion Show Mall. The Sugar Factory is located there, so no it's not far
Yes it is
Check Groupon before you go. We saved a lot at the restaurant by using Groupon.
Not completely sure but i believe sometime around June 2017.
