We are so blessed and thankful to have Dr. Mayes be able to deliver our first daughter by C-section last week. This is our 3rd C-Section with this amazing woman. Her knowledge, drive for success, professionalism, wanting to make ALL women of ever ethnicity be able to afford prenatal care for their unborn child, runs a women’s only clinic with her staff being of multiple ethnic groups AND numerous years of experience in the medical field is not only admirable to parents like us, but she honestly makes you feel like you are special and in good hands while providing exceptional service throughout your pregnancy. I have always had a great experience with her.She is one of the few black doctors and she also happens to be one of the best. That being said the wait times to get into her and see her are ridiculous! I have experienced this with other doctors as well. Unfortunately, you can’t predict when a baby will come and she’s popular on top of that.. she has too many patients but will seldom turn people away..

Probably the worst OBGYN office I had to deal with in life. I’ve literally had back to back issues since My first visit and immediately decided to change offices to the one I have currently. This is not my first pregnancy so I’m aware of the proper protocol and process dealing with pregnant women. My insurance covered my visit and I still paid out of pocket and had to make it my business to keep calling to get reimbursed for the money spent out, if I never reached out they would have kept all of my money! Not only that but the little lady at the window is absolutely rude and emotionless! She definitely have to do some customer service training! Ugh I just wish I never wasted my time and energy.
