This place really is the worst. You see the reviews on this place and think, “no way it’s that bad!” Let me tell you. IT IS EVEN WORSE. My experience My first appointment went ok, I arrived and had to wait about 30 min after my appointment to be seen. Not bad at all, then when my appointment was done I had to wait to speak with the front desk to schedule my sleep study, everything still normal, but by this time there were 5+ people waiting in the line to speak to the one receptionist on staff. After waiting for about 30 min in line just to schedule my sleep study I left because I figured it would be easier to just call and make an appointment. WRONG. After trying to call for 5 days straight, always getting forwarded to voicemails and never receiving a reply I started to understand. Finally I got ahold of someone and was scheduled to pickup my at home sleep study equipment. Picked it up and the one I got was nearly falling apart and the nurse made mention of the tape on the device and said make sure it stays there. Next day I return my sleep study equipment. A month goes by and haven’t heard a thing about the results. So finally I call, they say they’ve had my results for awhile now. Thanks for the call? So I schedule a follow up appointment. The day before my follow up appointment I get a call and they tell me their new protocol is you need a referral.. I said I already had a referral sent that’s how I saw you guys in the first place! They said nope doesn’t matter. You need a referral for a follow up appointment now… I urge everyone to stray farrrrrr FAR from this place. God forbid you have a serious health condition and this is the way you are treated

I had a scheduled appointment on Agust19@9:15a.m.i showed up early for my appointment .only to be rescheduled because the doctor called in.i live in Boulder City .i was really disappointed that nobody in the office called me to let me know.it was a waste of time .
