I have found the biggest problem with this org is your primary care doctor will always be booked for months in advance. I have an ongoing problem and i can never see the same doctor and the level of care gets demolished because of this.

The nurses were nice and friendly. Clean place and little wait. However, my experience with the doctor was terrible. I was just getting sutures taken out. She was pulling excessively and asked me why I was wincing. She ignored my response and kept pulling hard. Why did removing sutures hurt more than getting them? She also left a thread in and I had to point it out to her. She then also tried lifting up my scab to get a closer look. If she has this level of focus and care for a simple procedure, I wouldn't trust her with anything else. Should've went back to where I got my sutures.

Calling them to speak to a live person is a nightmare. I called over 10 times and could not get a hold of a person

My daughter lives in Las Vegas and I have sent her in a few times since she has lived there. Although she has been able to get in quickly the care has been below standard. She left the first time with an infection that should have been looked into more and required antibiotics and testing that should've been rushed. We had to have another doctor look at her that same day and she was in need of meds that the urgent care did not provide. (That doctor even called the urgent care to let them know the care was not up to standard) The second time was time was today. She went in for help and had to go see and get established with a primary care doctor right after she left there because she was given no help. That doctor then determined that she needed help and put her on appropriate meds. Very disappointed in their care and whoever the doctors were that she has seen there.

Depends on your Health Ins Plan! If you have SMA (Southwest Medical Assoc) you can make an appt. Or you can go to any SMA Urgent Care
The regular clinics are only open M-F. You can go to Urgent Care, there's no appointments there. You just show up, with you health ins card and ID.
Call to findout
In not real sure, on that. You might want to call. I'm sure, they'd accept cash paying patients like most do.
Non insurance for minor er here your looking at around 2 or 300 cash and plus anything added if xray, blood tests etc. You might find quick care urgent care little cheaper. Or the urgent care on st rose and eastern(in shopping center area where lowes is)can call and ask them there's. Any place is extra for added if needed xray, blood tests etc thou. There are a few cash doctors in area about 50 for visit I forget name of one but gotta schedule appt. You can google cash pay doctors in your area n call around.
