Donna House claims to be a neutral facility however I have hard evidence in Donna House staff catering to Hispanics even though non Hispanic individuals are and have been waiting within line to speak to Donna House staff regarding being present within facility for child exchange. Certain marshalls will say "it is a safe place" when essentially it is just an opinion as appose to fact. Besides Donna House being prejudice and having majority of staff guilty of misandry along with not performing their due diligence regarding individuals attempting to set up custody exchange, some staff members of the facility lack professionalism and avoid taking responsibilities of their actions when involving discrimination. The facility will say it's in the best interest of the child as NRS125c.0035 however Donna House is a service judges utelize which costs money. Some can articulate because monitary value being utelized Donna House is no different than a racket or extortion to past times of La COSA Nostra. Children are held at ransom and yet their is this outcry of saving children due to violence within schools however I would encourage anyone to research the most amount of violence being committed against children are within these facilities. I understand nobody cares until it happens to them however I would advocate for people to educate themselves regarding these facilities to make a better and more suitable life for all children.

Joint custody doesn't mean that dad will get child half the time. Maybe dad wants visitation rights. If you can afford a lawyer go do that. If not go get the custody papers. Help Center can help with that. My ex would threaten to take my baby away. Advisor told me I should file first because if he filed first more likely he'll get what he wants. This was 11yrs ago.
