Upon first arrival, it smelled of stale cigarette, and there were cigarette burns on the bedding, but I thought that at least it was clean, until I find a used turnequtte under my pillow!! My husband brought it to the attention of the clerk and she said the best she could due was take $50 off one night if our stay. There were no other hotels available in the area were we needed. We paid $350 for a 2 night stay and had our young grandchildren with us. The breakfast was rather bland. The kids enjoyed the waffles and swimming at least.

Stayed here for a wedding my fiancé was in. Called all week to try to get early check in. No one would answer so I ended up showing up to the hotel 2 hours before the wedding started to get my room and get ready. Room smelled PROFUSELY like cigarettes. Broke out in hives because the room smelled like an ashtray. Room was missing a night stand, had a loose toilet that ran constantly, duct tape in the bath tub, towels were wet when we checked in (not sure if they hadn’t been all the way dried, or if they had already been used), duct tape on the floor, and blood stains on the bedding. The side security door to enter the building was also not working and from other reviews, it hasn’t been for at least 6 months. So anyone can just come on in. The room was $187 and was a complete dump. Do not stay here.

We booked a non-smoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes. They didn't have another room available and wouldn't refund money. Left the window without a screen open till bedtime and didn't spend time in room for the day. My allergies acted up anyway. I did make a complaint with corporate. They later offered a different room, but then renigiged on it. The room wasn't very clean and the tub faucet leaked water continuously.

Very comfortable beds and a really great selection for breakfast! They had muffins, bagels, cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, and coffee! We did not get to check out the pool while we were here but we will have to do that next time!
