Ham lake campground has always been a special place for me and my family. However we came to realize something after our time this year. The park is well maintained and for the most part they do an ok job keeping the place clean (shower house needs to updated). There are no activities. There are no announcements. There is nothing fun here anymore. The excitement has been sucked out of the experience. The staff shows zero interest in customer service after they take you to your site. The water level and beach are embarrassing. The boats are outdated and impossible to use. I think what we sell in the membership is an experience that will be memorable and make people want to return. We use ham lake as a jumping off point not a destination. I will say this in the nicest way possible. In my opinion some of the staff have been there too long and gotten too comfortable just doing the minimum. Customer service is about so much more than the minimum. Thank you for your time. P.s. I have shared this experience with other campers that I have met at other campgrounds, and we have all similar experiences.

Ham Lake campground is a fun place for everyone of all ages! It's beautiful and peaceful. There is a petting zoo, a nice swimming area in the lake, a place to take romantic walks, and cook good food. Dwight and Patty and their crew are friendly and helpful. They keep everything clean and running smoothly! My wife and I love it here.

We absolutely loved it! Wonderful environment from the extremely clean rental to the amazingly well kept grounds and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our time at Ham Lake Campground's so much that we decided to become members of Midwest Outdoor Resorts and continue to enjoy the many amazing people, places, and great deals Midwest has to offer it's members.

We absolutely love Midwest Outdoor Resort! We became members last year. We loved how much Midwest Outdoor Resort has to offer our family of 5. It was one of the best decisions we made becoming members. Thank you for making it affordable …

One of the perks are the discounts you get to take a vacation. Members can choose between 1 of 4 campgrounds that if they are camping with a tent or using an RV it's free. The cabins are about $30 a night. And then there is the fully furnished lodge to choose as well. I don't remember how much it was a night but it's cheaper than weekly rates at a resort or even most hotels

Is there a bath house. Is there water hookup.

Beautifully kept bathouses. They do checks at least 3 times a day during the summer. Really great property with more to come! If you live close check out the membership. Water hook-ups at all sites.

I believe so but it is a privately owned campground that requires membership. If you live up there I would highly suggest calling them and getting information :)!

Gotta become a member. Midwest Outdoor Resorts. But with that membership comes a few different options on where you can stay & what you pay.. (IF ANYTHING).. & it doesn't just limit those options to one state/area... They've got properties/resorts/bed&breakfasts, all over North America.
