Several displays didn't work and the ride/3d movie gave us all whiplash. We all had back headaches afterwards.

We go to the counter and the girl was so rude! Management came up and ask her…are you giving people a hard time? He even ask her where her name tag was? She must do this a lot 😳 She needs a job where she does not speak to customers. I almost walked out.

It was meant to be an optical and sensory illusion. The bridge doesn't actually move. The room around you does.
Yes the ticket is an all day ticket you just scan in and out as needed which makes it really fun if the kids get tired you can always come back later on that same day which makes it super awesome especially with little kids. This definitely keeps the feeling of being stressed out and trying to get everything done at once with the little guys. They are also very military family friendly for active duty members and their families very supportive also to first responders just a great organization all around. Everything is super high quality. It was so fun we bought tickets one day came back the next and repurchased it's definitely worth it.
Approximately $30 for adults, $20 for kids for the basic price. They have discounts. You can save if you order online ahead of time.
