I recently purchased a couple of MTM’s 4 can ammo crates at Cabellas. The hinge on the one I put my 9mm ammo (which actually weighed the least of the 8 when filled) failed. Just simply broke while I was showing my son and a friend my new purchase. I contacted MTM through their website and within 24 hours I had an email basically saying “we’re sorry about this. We’ll replace it. What’s your shipping address?” I responded back and included photos for confirmation of what happened (I added the pictures on my own, they never questioned or asked for proof). Less than a week later (weekend in there) I had a new can. Made in U.S.A. is more than just manufacturing something here. It includes good customer service. It includes having pride in your products. I will be purchasing more MTM products. Thanks for being a standup company.
