The parts department does a fine job and always are on top of information I need for my equipment the only thing I wish they would do better is answering the phone and I am not pointing to no one but if they are to busy to answer you could set up a phone message to your customers by telling them on an automated voice mail asking the customer to leave a call back number and you will keep the customer in the order they have called and you will call the customer back in that order. That will make communications and tempers from flaring.Thank you for asking for the feedback.
