Worse ever delivery service. They have your address but say they can't deliver so we go to pick it up and they can't find it even after we just talked to them and they confirmed it was at that location. Sorry service very unhappy

Cannot get a hold of anyone..when it appears they have my packages...but not delivering...national number no sat.sun, I tried social methids. They dont no either. Tracking numbers show all packages in springfield there since friday or saturday ..out on truck for delivery..but not delivered on sat. Or monday. Now not shoeing where but poor weather. It hasnt been bad since friday..i think lost over in springfield hub??? Why contacting soneone there would help.

You probably need to call and ask while the service desk is in i think till 4 or 4:30
Obviously someone is not doing they're job right you should not be having this issue. Give corporate a call and I'm sure this issue can be resolved or call. The center where you go and ask to speak to the manager they also should be able to resolve your concerns, if not then contact corporate.
They UPS store should be able to help assist you with that.
