If you have a loved one in this facility, do them a favor and get them out for their own health and wellbeing. There seem to be a few nurses in here that genuinely do care, but there is also some personnel that seem to have gotten very comfortable being rude to those that can't (or are unable) to stand up for themselves, and it shows with how they treat visitors and general public in their facility. We came on site to move a family member out after having numerous issues with the staff and the care they are supposed to be providing, and were accosted as soon as we walked in the door by the weekend receptionist, demanding we step outside, yelling at us to BACK UP BACK UP, because there was a squad outside, as if we didn't see it when we arrived, and we were already trying to get out of the way already in case the EMTs needed room (they were nowhere around). We also noticed this receptionist being rude to other residents in the facility within only an hour of us being in and out. Totally lacking compassion for their residents from what we've seen in the 2 months our family member has been in this facility. On top of all of this, we had just purchased food right before our family member's most recent hospital trip, and when she returned, her food was missing from her room. She never even had a chance to eat it and was only gone a few days before it had been stolen, which leads us to believe she wasn't the only resident experiencing theft. This is supposed to be assisted living but they seem to expect the residents to be fully independent, which is not the point of running an ASSISTED living facility.

The residents are a pleasure to be around and the staff really does care. The level of compassion and integrity shown by the clinical team is top notch.
