This place is a little hidden so I’ve added a photo to help others. It’s in the same area as the Anderson Humane Society is at. If you’re coming from Lawrenceburg, the pull in will be on the right. Friendly staff just watch out for stuff on the ground. I always worry about metal or nails in my tires. Bring a Drivers License with you. Must have a valid Anderson county address.

Going towards versailles it will be on the right hand side of tyron just before you get to wild turkey . it is located at the same location as the animal control unit . once inside the property go towards dog pound and take a right turn and stop at the little shack . the guys inside will help you from that point .
Yes open 8-12 on Saturdays. They take a lot of stuff but they don't take normal household garbage. I bring a lot of yard, tree branch, and landscape debris to the Eternal Flame bonfire.
