We saw the Minnesota Philharmic Orchestra for a pleasing night of music. The conductor was a great storyteller who informed the music with narratives about the life and times of the composers. The hall is in an austere, brutalist architecture which, if I’m honest, lacks warmth and resonance. Although designed with purpose, I don’t think it matches what we currently desire in form or function for concert halls. Perhaps drama is better suited? I wouldn’t turn down a show in the future due to its aesthetic, but would be discerning about my choice.

I would suggest you bring a quiet toy along. Some of the dances may not hold her attention.
When entering from Randolph Avenue, take a right into the small lot and there will be 5 spaces, right in front of Mendel Hall. The auditorium is directly behind Mendel Hall. You can also find 5 spots on the left if you go straight after entering from Randolph.
I think they have an open bar.
