I’ve rented from Arts Rental multiple times. The Equipment was always available and cheaper than Home Depot. Highly recommend Arts Rental any time you need a piece of equipment. They also a lot of hard to find specialty pieces.

I have rented various equipment from Art's for years. This time I rented a pull behind air compressor to winterize an irrigation system. I had kind of a mixed experience with the staff at Art's. Some employees are customer oriented and some aren't. There was a mechanic named Will who helped me. Will is very professional and customer oriented and should be recognized as an asset to the company. The prices are fair and I haven't ever experienced any issues with the equipment that weren't correctly immediately.

Despite the negative reviews I took a chance and rented a 6” chipper to do some clean up work around our farm. That rental lead to several more rentals over the months and I have NEVER experienced any of the issues some of the others have complained about. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helped me choose the right machine for the job- I’m in no way a pro. Amateur tip. Take care of the gear. Hit with a pressure washer before returning . Make sure the tank is full and last, but not least. Understand that these folks are in the rental game to make money. It’s on you to understand the terms of the rental agreement.
