Their staff is a bunch of theives! My things have come up missing and no one knows what happened to it! The post office says they dropped it off at the office but they claim they don't have it! I hate I ever moved there! I can't wait til my lease is up!!!!!!!

I have been a resident here for almost 5 years and have become more alarmed and offended by all the trash and garbage strewn all over the and grounds and trash dumpsters. There is old furniture littering the dumpster area where residents don't put their trash in the dumpsters, they just toss it in the general area so they don't have to sidestep the old furniture and raw garbage like dirty diapers and rotting food. Rodents, insects and wildlife from the nearby woods are out there in the evenings and nights. It's a pretty scarey and disgusting situation. I have reported this to people in the rental office....I understand there has been a big turnover in management and housekeeping and groundskeepers here. However, I pay my rent on time and do my best to keep our apartment building free of trash, but I am truly ashamed of where I live right now. I discourage friends and family from visiting here. I hope this awful situation will be addressed soon. Oct. 23, 2018 My original post about the trash problem at the Woodland Hills Apartments was made in July of this year. The apartment complex appears to be under new management now and the trash problem has improved greatly. Their is a new staff in the rental office who is cordial and very professional. I am hopeful that improvements will continue at this complex, and am relieved that efforts are being made to make this community a safe and better place to live.

Maintenance is terrible . Been out of air for a whole summer and it’s been 90 degrees and I have small children. The office doesn’t ever answer the phone.
