I bought a Mazda CX-5 and I dare say I had the best experience compared to my past three dealership visits. They have more cars on their lot compared to other places, which made it easy for me to see, test-drive, and compare different models before finding the one I liked. The staff are kind, patient, polite, and professional. The salesperson I spoke to, Joe Collins, spent a great amount of time listening to and noting my requests; exploring various vehicle models, prices, and financial options with me; patiently going over all the vehicle features; and more. The most important factors I can point out about the staff include their honesty, leadership, organization, and work ethics. Very happy with my experience and purchase and would totally recommend them.

This is my 2nd Mazda I’ve purchased from Jake Sweeney & Keith Jenkins. If anyone has tried to purchase a new car, you know how difficult it is waiting on delivery of your new vehicle. Keith kept me updated if my delivery date changed & surprise my car arrived early! Pre-owned is any vehicle that Jake Sweeney Mazda gets through trade-ins or purchases. Certified pre-owned is any Mazda vehicle that passes Mazda's vigorous 180 point inspection and is in top shape in order to sell.
