The nurses and doctors were always cool but they told me when I first got there the lady told me I had to have my drawstrings off my shorts yet she forgot to take them off because an old man gave me my shorts with my drawstrings I dont recommended this place

Dr Con and Kaithi were understanding not to prescribe me meds that give me side effects. The staff was friendly except for a few nurses that forcefully injected me with an antipsychotic. My anxiety and depression improved. Anthony the tech was amazing and a nurse who gave me extra clothes. The CEO there is very nice.

This place is trash. They are only here to collect money and not help individuals who came in for help. They have "group sessions" which doesn't help anyone . no one on one patient care. They dont give correct meds or they are giving out placebo's and most the staff seems like they should be patients(nasty,rude,ratchet). This place doesn't care about patient care only how they look. The lady who answers the phone is nasty, rude she just try's to push your buttons and should be fired. They should have "community" cigarettes for patient's but they do not. No books or anything stimulating. One TV for everyone. Flat basketballs to play with in socks not even shoes. When you get out you are worse off then when you came in. If you are serious about getting help please find somewhere else. You will not get help here. Thanks for nothing Glenwood. UPDATE- 2nd forced go round in this place. They took the money that was in my bag and will not tell me where it is they said they would "investigate" where it went. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE FOR HELP! THERE IS NO HELP THIS PLACE IS A SCAM THEY ARE ONLY HERE TO COLLECT GOVERNMENT MONEY. NOT TO HELP PEOPLE. IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE PERSON YOU ARE SEEKING HELP FOR DO NOT GO HERE. I BEG YOU!!
