I will start out by saying this they did offer a good price to buy my bike. However the sales manager or buying manger whoever he may be is very rude. We were selling our bike for private reasons and just wanting to cover our loan amount to break even. As soon as the words left my mouth to discuss it immediately “no! Not going to happen we don’t have it in our budget”. Okay cool could have just been upfront and professional about it. We are very understanding but to be rude and dismissive was so unnecessary. My next issue was taking a tone with both me and my partner to let us know we might have to wait a bit “I have two sales in front of you and that takes precedence over yours”. We sat for maybe 10 min for a 7 min transaction. Overall your upper management might need a refresher on customer service because if I didn’t need to sell my bike I would of took it somewhere else. So when the time is right again we definitely won’t be coming back to buy a bike from a store that is rude to its customers and very dismissive.

I am new to the "world of Harley". The parts department guys have been great in helping me get my bike all done to my liking. Greg has shown the patience of a Saint with my newbie lack of knowledge.
