Horrible place to take your car. My car broke down directly in front of this shop. They did help me push my car on their lot. They told me it is my starter. I bought the starter. They charged me $400 labor to put it in! I called my local mechanic and he said he would charge me $200 for labor. At this point l knew I was getting screwed. I was about 50 miles from home so I decided to have them fix it. Well, after the starter was put in the car still would not start. They said it was electrical and it will cost me over 2000,00 to fix. I said just put it back together and I had my local mechanic come and tow it back to his shop. My local mechanic told me that 2 wires had been cut and then someone tried to solder the 2 wires together. I should have never left my car there. There were never any wires cut on my car before it broke down in front of this shop. NEVER take your car here!! They still charged me $400.00 for putting in a starter and my car still don't run.

Worst place don't buy I bought a car from them back 2016 car really feel apart then they want to make me pay for the trash thay sold me I understand buy here pay this pace should just say we sell junk

Bought a car paid it off was told title is being worked on 2+ years later.Rob the owner still lieing today. They won't even answer the Ohio Attorney Generals office if you got money to waste then go ahead the crooks at Alford Motors will take it
