I have been getting my 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT serviced at your dealership since I bought it there. I have ALWYS had excellent service. The service manager is very personable and answers all of my questions in a way that I understand the services performed. I can say I enjoy my trip to the service department!

This was my first time to Jeff Wyler Hyundai. I had an ok experience, I just have a few questions on why a tech would suggest add ons that were performed 1k miles ago. I feel bad for the service advisor that was closing out the ticket it made for an awkward situation. I will go back for future service when needed.

Saw a car I liked and wanted a test drive. Process was super fast! Went ahead and decided to get the car and was helped by Cedric and Barry! Great guys with great energy. The process was smooth as could be!

I did, but only using online and newspaper published prices. I went in with the price from Superior's website, along with the list of discounts/rebates they said were available. I had checked that price against Kelly's value and it was about 20% lower. In the end, they applied every discount except the military service one, for which I was not eligible. And I only talked to one person up until the deal was reached - no games with bringing in a manager, etc. to try to pressure us to settle for a lower number. I will also add that they have been extremely helpful since the purchase. We ran over something while on a vacation and blew out two tires. We had paid for a separate tire warranty that was supposed to cover anything that happened to the tires or wheels, but the warranty company would not authorize payment; they were obviously being unethical and trying to weasel out of the contract. The finance manager at Superior was able to resolve the issue for us.
