I was very dis-satisfied with the service today. They cleaned the ducks from the basement but there was still dirt in the duck work from upstairs. I asked the techs several times to clean with the vacuum they used in the basement however they refused and sucked the vents with a handheld vac that was too big. The tech even suggest replacing the ducks after he cleaned them and suggested I get my air duck person to clean the ducks… why after I paid over $400 for Stanley steamer to do the service. Overall dissatisfied. Not mention I asked if Stanley steamer has a guarantee and the techs both said no, however corporate said they will guarantee there work and send a second tech to review.

Yes! At no extra charge, we move furniture and return it back to its original place with protective padding. Items we will not remove include: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables
Hello! Actually this time I had my ducts and vents cleaned not my carpet. But in past experience, if I remember correctly you can walk on it right away (mildly damp) and completely dry in a few hours. It's not like an 8 hour wait or anything. Hope that helped.
