It’s nice to be able to tan and workout for the price but if you’re a girl don’t wear anything tight because old men will stare and follow you around making you feel uncomfortable

Ive been a member for the last 5 years Tell me how a black card member is forced to sign in on a paper after already signing in normal just to be called ignorant by a gym employee because you don't see a viable reason to make someone, who's a paying customer, sign in twice and the only PF in Rochester that does it. But mostly the fact that the employee who calls a customer ignorant while on the job is acceptable. I have no problem going to the 5 other gyms in the area. Would never recommend this gym to anyone. Staff doesn't care about customer satisfaction or professionalism, "this is just a part time job, go somewhere else".

As a precaution, we have temporarily suspended certain PE@PF classes which trained groups of up to five members at a time, in order to help maintain physical distance. We do still offer our New Member Orientation and Design Your Own Program (DYOP) classes, our Certified Trainers can create a personalized workout plan for you based on your fitness goals and interests. The black card. With that you can go to ANY planet fitness and take a guest. Also gives access to tanning beds and massage chairs. Some have hydro chairs which are awesome.
