Derin, Nicole & Tashea are great. Always trying to be helpful. Derin has been very understanding on things with my situation & willing to work with me. Nicole has been good about suggestions when I've come to her for any & Tashea lends an ear if needed & helps in any way she can. All staff I've counteracted with have been great. Sorry had to correct spelling of particular employee.

Negative: This was a horrible experience they overbooked and I was left to try to find a hotel on my own it was a very bad experience

Staff are friendly and do a decent job at making you feel welcome and making sure you are comfortable with your stay

Positive: close to where we wanted to be Negative: We have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and were glad to go back; what a difference those years made. Hotel was very run down and not with the times or even close to the pictures shown. Blinds did not shut right, room was dusty and cobwebs.

To the owner, why when I when to the front desk and complaining about the human waste in the bathroom and hair plus the bag of trash left under the bed from past guest, karianne keller told me she would give me 10% off only 1 nite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a similar complaint,and when you speak with a manager or supervisor they will get rid of you the customer not thinking knowing or caring about the customer nor the fact that there are other hotels and motels that have a 1 service. And especially the fact that the customers pay their salary's and keep the business going
