Archway has done 3 home inspections for us. Everytime, they have been incredible. It typically takes me three hours to inspect an average-sized home. It takes me an additional hour to walk through and discuss the home with my clients at the end of the inspection.
No. In fact I encourage my clients to come toward the end of the inspection for a walk through. I find that I can focus and concentrate better when I am working alone. At the end of the inspection, I can walk through the entire home with my clients to explain what I found.
One in four homes in Hamilton County are likely to have high radon levels. One in three homes in Butler and Warren counties are likely to have to have high radon. So I would recommend having a radon test done.
