Called the pharmacy to get an update on my prescription status. Wasn't getting text alerts and don't have a prescription number for the automated system. They kept picking up and putting me on hold. One of those times they were just talking about where they were going to lunch when they closed...

Store is great most of the Store Employees are great, the Pharmacy since Dan left is a huge group of monkeys with a football, very poor service.

Took a rapid NAAT covid test that I was told takes 2 hours, but I never received the test results, even after a week. I was told they are using a "new testing system" and they have no idea how it works. Then took a PCR covid test hoping to actually get a result, but this took over 4 days, (over 100 hours!?!) to get the results. Travel requires tests within the last 72 hours, so Walgreens is so slow that they are worthless. Go anywhere else for your business!

Don't you just love having your prescription sent to somewhere that *should* be open, but when you show up to get it, they're closed? Me neither.
