Positive: staff at night, great guy and location Negative: Bathroom had hair on the wall and dried clumps of food on the bedskirt. Morning the girl at counter couldn¿t get off her phone or get out of her chair to talk to two customers at the counter. The counter was extremely dirty. The office was dirty.

Came to the area for a wedding for a two-night stay, got in late, checked in around 3:00 am, exhausted after an hour and a half drive plus 10 hours of work. First room I got was not cleaned, the bed wasn't made and there was garbage and I wondered if I had been given a room that someone else was still staying in. Immediately went back downstairs to request a clean room. At least the lady at the desk was nice (Rhonda was her name, I think?) and this time she came up to make sure I was given a clean room. Second one was better, but still not a complete cleaning job, at least the bed was made. It was passable. But I would highly recommend management do a better job of making sure rooms are cleaned before a new guest is checked into one. Also, the free breakfast is just muffins, oatmeal, and coffee. Not exactly what I was expecting when I saw "complimentary breakfast" but at least it was better than nothing. The rooms could definitely use a little bit of updating, there are some character flaws such as damaged/stained doors and bathroom counters, but no major overhauls are needed. Just make sure rooms are cleaned. Probably won't come back, probably won't recommend to a friend, but it wasn't a bad stay I guess.

Unclean room, clogged shower, no lock on entrance at anytime , the key card is broken, dangling from wall. Very very difficult to find staff anywhere in the building especially anytime, says 24/7 front desk but they are never there so anyone can walk in at anytime, and overheard the cleaners say that it happened recently that someone was roam8ng the hallways. The room-smoke smelling room, cigarette burns everywhere in carpet, squashed bug on bathroom floor, remote works sporadically, microwave doesn't work well some of the buttons broken, curtain rods ripped out of drywall. Dry stale muffins for breakfast or a granola bar that is almost outdated.. No room service unless you are there for a longer than a week, if not you are responsible to take own trash out and get fresh towels and linens, dishes from front desk which is impossible since they are only there about 30 minutes a day. Strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Priceline would not allow a refund or to move hotels so I was stuck there for 4 days.

Stay away! I used my credit card to book around 1 pm and told them I would not arrive until midnight. When I arrived at 11pm, once the front desk girl finished sharing food/talking with her friend, she told me no rooms were available. I proceeded to tell her my reservation number and she reluctantly told me that she would go clean the room because “you hit your baby with you” (my 12year old son). She came back 2 minutes later and gave me a room key. When we entered, the first thing we saw was toilet paper and candy wrappers on the floor. Fortunately we had sleeping bags in the car because the bed was disgusting! The towels looked used and dirty so immediately threw them in the bathtub and used tissue paper instead. he bathroom mirror had spots all over it. The carpet had all kinds of buildup spots and stains. The currents had spots and stains. The headboard mounting screws were torn out and barely hanging on. And the list goes on.
