Let me preference by saying I live an hour and a half away and nothing in my small town is comparable for sports equipment.. anyways I ordered a baseball helmet for curbside pick up.. never got to see the item till I was about 30 mins away on my way to baseball practice when i noticed the helmet had defects.. upset I reached out to them through feedback section.. they got back to me IMMEDIATELY. More so the manager I think her name was Leah. Got me a new helmet over night shipped to my house in time for the next practice today. The effort that she put in. Wow I’ll forever do all my sports shopping here now… not curbside tho. 😂 but definitely inside. They go above and beyond. Best customer service I have EVER received. EVER. I now have one happy kiddo. P.S I’ll get first helmet sent back ❤️ TY again.
