Do not purchase from here my car was done incorrectly(forgot a bolts on the shocks and bushel on the other side ) then they tried to blame me even when I took car to another Ford dealership and they were told it was their fault its been 2 months I'm still paying a car note with no car. THEY ALSO did not provide me with a loaner vehicle neither I make calls to them daily to no avail I will never buy another ford because of them and you shouldn't either do not waste your hard earned money or time

If you ever buy a car here and get an extended warranty and sell the car elsewhere be prepared for a fight to get the remainder of the extended warranty refunded. We have been trying since March (8 months!) to get the $1100.00 refund and have done everything they have asked more than once. It’s literally ridiculous- it seems like they just hope you forget about it and they can keep your money. Will NEVER buy anything from Lebanon Ford again. We traded another car in at Germain Ford and had the warranty refund in 2 weeks after the purchase.
