Professional, courteous, and fair. There isn’t much more you could want from a car dealership. They simplified the experience, while also being thorough in explaining financial aspects and the vehicle itself. Outstanding customer service!

Car was kept 4 days Columbia Hyundai wanted to repair everything but the clock spring it was there for. Everything from cabin filter to brakes. When we told them that we had a service plan was told it was for maintance (oil changes etc.) Run around with dealership personnel over service plan 4 days for a maybe 2 hour repair. Going to find another dealer to take it to for my oil changes and repairs from now on. Will not buy from Columbia Hyundai again

Staff are professional and friendly. Dropped off my car for routine service and other concerns. All issues were addressed and car returned clean and ready to hit the road.

Car smelled horribly like body odor when I got it back. Service manager accused me of trying to con them out of something when I asked that it be documented and for a commitment that it would be taken care of if it didn't go away on its own.

I'm not sure of all but I see everyone wearing masks, practicing distance and observing cleanliness in service waiting area. I feel very comfortable and secure while there.
In 2015 & '17, they recalled more than 1 million Sonatas and Santa Fe Sports to replace engines in '11 & '12 Sonatas and '13 & '14 Sonatas & Santa Fe Sports. There were machining problems when the manufacturer assembled the engines. It caused metal debris to clog oil passages of the crankshafts, more specifically the bearings & rods. Then they found more problems with the crankpins also from being manufactured wrong, with uneven surfaces. Result, restricted oil flow to the connecting rod bearings that wore out prematurely and caused "rod knocking". Symptoms reported; rods (engine) knocking, oil warning light, MIL/check engine light, engine stalling, and/or seized engines. I believe there were Kia models effected too, engines of the same displacement and model years.
