It was a nice restaurant, but after eating at my local Noodles and Co. I was not impressed with this one as much as I had hoped. The noodles were on the dry side compared to what I'm used to, like they definitely skimped on the cheese sauce, and there wasn't nearly as much chicken as I get back home either, but the prices were definitely higher.

My family lives in St. Louis Park and we drive and make the trek to this Noodles and Co.! The staff, welcoming, friendly, accommodating, amazing. The food, delicious, fresh, fast. The restaurant, clean and well-maintained. We LOVE noodles and it is unfortunate all Noodles and Co.’s do not offer the same experience but we are so thankful for this little slice of heaven nearby! It is our favorite place to eat and we will continue to journey here! Thank you for being wonderful!

My noodles were delish, this post is regarding the side caesar salad. Why does noodles no longer use romaine lettuce for ceasar salads? I've noticed this change at other noodles as well, not just this location. The spring mix is gross and not supposed to be used for ceasar salads. Not only is it a bad choice of lettuce for ceasar salads, but the salad I received with my order today was inedible. The majority of the lettuce was brown and wilted. PLEASE switch back to using romaine lettuce for ceasar salads and get rid of the spring mix!

The place was filthy, my partner was afraid to wash his hands because the bathroom was so gross, he said it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days.
