Nice time.

Love the history and old planes. Learned something new visiting WACO. I had never read anything about the use of gliders in history, Very fascinating.

Great grass strip with plenty of room to land and park for the night. Looks like a cool place.

No, it's a private museum. The entry fee is well worth it if you love airplanes. It is almost all indoors, so you can go anytime it's open. I really enjoyed it- see all the photos I posted!
40.0395 deg. N AND 84.2033 deg W. Or north of Dayton, Ohio or just north of Waco Air Museum.
WACO offers open cockpit bi-plane rides for $100 per person for a 12 minute ride (certain weekends) and 30 minute rides for $300 for 1 or 2 people (many dates available). We also have ground school for a private pilot license. We can do pilot instruction for a tail wheel endorsement.
