The tire discounters in Walton KY Are always professional and their customer service is top notch No matter where I live in NKY I’ll visit the Tire Duscounters in Walton
Morgan Hall
Possibly the worst experience ever at one of these locations, I usually go to Florence and will continue to go there even though this location is closer to home, I thought I’d give them the chance, but I was badly mistaken. They charge over $10 more on the same oil change that I get at Florence they told me they are different than other locations. Sorry but they are all privately owned so it should be the same price as the one 15 mins up the road. Amanda is probably the most unprofessional person I think my husband has ever spoken to, I told him to call because the pricing was wrong when I got here, she kept telling him that’s not the price we charge here and kept rolling her eyes on the phone with him then proceeds to go out into the bay and runs her mouth to everyone about my husband. Just bad customer service for me and every customer to hear and see that. General manager just laughed about it. This location needs help I won’t be back. Florence is so much better they actually treat you like they care.

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed - all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.
