IN REGARDS TO COLERAIN OF DAYTON SPECIFICALLY: IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD BECAUSE 1 IS 1 TOO MANY. So disappointed in the service department here, just so, so totally disappointed. After entrusting Colerain’s service department with our 2000 Winnebago Adventurer for a bit of regular maintenance and updates (I.e. resealing the windshield) and a $2,000 bill we discovered a 14+ Inch crack in the passenger side of the windshield that didn’t exist before we left our Winnie in the Colerain Family care. We were told by Walt in the service department that he took dozens of “before” photos prior to an agreement of service, and Caesar documented the new damage before we even moved the vehicle upon completion of service. Colerain’s management is now claiming that the damage existed prior to drop-off but has not released the photos they themselves took. Furthermore, at drop-off a “walk around” was done between the us and the service department whereupon no mention of the windshield crack exists. Colerain’s solution was to offer us 3 tubes of caulk and send us on our way. I should also mention that the windshield repair that we did pay for was on 50% completed, as the passenger side still leaks same as before their “repair”. Furthermore the service done took twice as long to complete as was quoted on 3 separate occasions by the service department. We live in our Adventurer and DEPEND on this type of after-market service to keep us comfortable, mobile, and most importantly SAFE. Sadly, we cannot claim truth to any of those sentiments now that we have been ripped off by the Colerain “Family”…. That’s certainly not how we treat our family, nor should it be. We sincerely hope to save potential future customers from the disappointing breach of trust that we have been subjected to by this company. Do NOT have service or maintenance don’t on your RV here if you don’t want to be completely and thoroughly taken advantage of.

This place is not the place to buy a RV. We were first time buyers and this place swindled my family. They did not tell us that the entire inside was dry rotted as well as the roof needed to be replaced. They just wanted our money and didn’t care that my family could be hurt in the process. Real quality salesman don’t lie to make a sale.
