They placed an order and then sent me a message saying that they had to destroy my package and that I owe their customer a refund. I want to see my destroyed stuff. It was a box with multiple items and not all should be destroyed. I guess they get free stuff this way. Horrible

This Global Shipping rubbish has caused nothing but problems since its introduction. I live in Australia and have been buying antiques, etc, from the USA for over 10 years. The GSP now doubles the postage time, and the tracking ceases to update from this point. I have 2 packages coming and the tracking number on 1 cannot be found, the other is not doing anything. The "import charges" are much higher than the 10% tax we pay on items under $1000. The other thing is that Ebay still applies the GSP option to items in their "restricted items" list. What they do with all of these "restricted items" I would like to know. I have bought around 30 WW2 swords, and the one time I bought through the GSP I was given every excuse why I was not allowed it in my country. I had a different rep give me a different answer every time, all were incorrect. Swords are perfectly legal where I live, customs have allowed them all to be delivered. This is a scam, I am certain you make a decent profit from over charging "import fees" and then some more on the items you confiscate instead of returning to sender. Look at your ratings, the proof is right there.

This eBay Global Shipping Center location is absolutely trash! I have shipped a total of 46 packages here while using the GSP. Out of the 46 packages only 31 were delivered to my buyer, 14 were shipped to my buyer but then sent back to warehouse for incorrect shipping label, and 1 package was damaged in transit to buyer. Overall using the eBay global shipping program and having to ship here sucks!

Update: When I emailed the "lady" about what I learned from Ebay, I never heard another word from "her". Ebay said the only way they would be involved is if the boat had been listed on Ebay. And the scam is giving the people the Ebay gift card pin numbers. Then they can use them on Ebay to buy whatever they want and you are screwed out if your money. Cliff, I am also wondering about "our" boat we want to buy. Who is your seller contact? Is it a 2011 Pontoon? Wonder if it is a scam.
Do you store motorcycles that are listed at center especially for 2k $
I've never heard of that?
Leanne, when?
