After I installed a new modem and a wireless router in my home recently, I could not print though my wireless HP laser jet printer. I called some computer stores and the HP Help, but I still could not correctly setup the connection between my wireless printer which is a little bit old and the wireless router which is the latest model. Then through the Web search, I found and called the Cincinnati Printer Repair. I just want to say that the phone response, coming soon, the skill of finding and solving problems showed by Eric are all perfect! I am completely satisfied the work done by the Cincinnati Printer Repair.

Eric repaired our HP printer. He was a total professional and clearly an expert...he had our printer repaired and cleaned in less than an hour...the printer works just like it was brand new again. Definitely a 5 Star experience.

There's not much that can be done with those--no parts were made. The printer is basically disposable. Thanks

Sorry, no--inkjet printers have gotten so cheap that they're more expensive to fix than to replace.
