Accident happened in Oct of 2021. They did not get my car in until mid December. They ordered the incorrect parts part numbers were written down by the manager and also texted to the manager to ensure this would not happen. They also installed defective parts. Jan 3rd I picked the car up and notified the shop of the issues immediately. I called 12 times from January 3 through the end of January. They said it was a supply chain issue and my parts would be in in the next day or two. February 10th comes and still no word. I went to my ford dealer and they said there had not been any back order or supply chain issue and those parts could be in hand in 2 days or less for the last 12 months at least. I filed a dispute with my bank at that time. After the dispute, I purchased the correct parts and paid for the install. Upon the install, the internal parts that were two be replaced and installed were still damaged and broken (bumper cover and bumper cover mounting bracket) it appears they painted and reused the old broken parts along with installing a defective splitter vs hoping I would not notice it, they also cut a highly Voss level hole in my bumper honeycomb that was not there prior, and they did not relay this to me before performing this. There has been 0 correspondence with the shop since then, until the week of April 11th 2022 that my parts were in. The bank notified them of the dispute and what do ya know my parts magically appear almost 7 months after the claim and almost 5 month later from having it in the shop. They lied to the bank stating they would honor their work and did not agree with the dispute. Stay as far away from this place as possible!

Scott and team worked on my car that had significant hail damage. They blew me away with the results of the hail damage repair and their level of professionalism. They also finished the work early, fixed a couple of other dings, and polished my headlights for no additional charge. I can’t recommend this shop enough.
