Appointment 9am arrived 8:30 docked 8:55am empty by 10:am. Easy to find easy to dock, friendly people. I think most complaints are from foreigners who are getting bad info from their brokers and not doing their due diligence to get proper info for this location. If you book a load here demand an appointment time and show up a half hour early
