They’re pretty good. I went here last year. My tinted windows are still going strong, and it has been almost a year now. Even with Fresno’s heat, my tinted windows still look nice. Definitely helps the heat vs no tint at all. It was hard to find their shop since they didn’t have an actual sign on the building when I went here. I’m not sure if they have one now. They actually had some other random sign, which didn’t have to do with window tinting. But after I asked the people there, they were Cen Cal Tinting. They give you 3 different choice tint types, from lowest quality, middle, and highest quality. Lowest is cheaper, and highest quality is most expensive. I chose the one in the middle and the tint darkness. You kind of do need to do your own research before coming here, so you know what to choose. The guy who helped me was good, but basically let me do anything on tinting, including tinting windows darker than allowed or tinting anywhere, when we aren’t supposed to do in CA. My main concern was being pulled over for having too dark tinted windows. Although I see all over Fresno and Clovis, hundreds of cars don’t follow CA tint laws anyway. They all tint their front windows as dark as they want. I read that licensed tint shops are supposed to have you sign a paper and follow CA tint laws, but they didn’t really do that for me here. I know you can’t tint front windshield, and can only do small strip on top about 4 inches down. And the front driver and front passenger windows can’t be more than 70% darkness, while the back can be as dark as you want. The lowest they had was 50%, so I went ahead and did 50% for my front anyway and 20% for the back. But I basically left my car there without signing anything, then after it was done, paid and picked up my car. No breakdown invoice, no paperwork, or any actual receipt, since they used those phone credit card things. It just said how much I paid and who I was paying. I did have them fix my front strip since it was way too low. Legally in CA, only 4 inches down is ok, but I think they did like 7-8 inches down. I couldn’t see properly, so it was fixed. Great thing was that they did fix this quick and free same day I picked up my car. Compared to when I went there last year, looks like they are now licensed with the state and have everything proper now like business insurance. So things may have changed. Overall, I still recommend.

I highly recommend Cen Cal Tinting of Clovis. They were very responsive with texting. In person they were very professional, down to earth, easy to talk to. They took the time to discuss what I wanted. For window tinting, choices were which windows, type of tint, and how dark. I chose the multilayered ceramic film based on its high heat rejection. I had them tint all sides and rear window. For PPF(paint protection film) choices were which panels to protect. I chose the full front package which includes coverage on the bumper, full fenders, full hood, headlights & mirror caps.  They use STEK Dynoshield. They told me it would take 2-3 days. I brought my model Y in Wednesday afternoon. In the evenings, they were able to store it indoors. I picked it up Friday afternoon. Everything looked perfect! They even installed mud flaps I had bought! I’m very happy with their work and highly recommend them.
