This is a wonderful store and Doug and his associate are helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to go to Cincinnati to visit this store in person. There are not many brick and mortar stores left and this is a must store to visit in person!

Doug was a passionate expert. A bit of difficulty finding the store, but once there we spent almost 2 hours talking about and trying different pens and styles. He really knew his stuff and it was a really enjoyable experience

I wish I could give Doug and this store more stars. If you enjoy nice writing pens, ink or paper. Make the trip. Doug's recommendations were spot on for my needs. He had me write a sample then suggested pens that would work with my style rather than fighting against it. He is extremely passionate about what he does and that passion means you will spend a large amount of time talking, and learning. If you are on the fence about making the trip, don't be. GO!
